I have learnt that for some people food, such as nuts,
wheat and dairy can have an allergic reaction for
example: running nose, vomiting and stomach pain. The EU
information for Consumers/customer Regulation (EU FIC)
state that restaurants must clearly show on the menu
any food that could lead to an allergic reaction. This is
important for chef when writing the menu to make sure
customers know about this.
