Pastry: I will use the local organic flour that I can get from the local
                                        mill if possible. This saves on the food miles and reduces carbon
                                        footprint and the need for excess packaging. I will buy margarine
                                         that is organic from the farmers market that is made of 100%
                                                       recycled plas�c.
                                      The eggs will be locally produced and will be packaged in 100%
                                      recycled cardboard.  The le�over pastry I will use for a pie or a
                                      quiche.
